Internship Human Resources - Recruiting and Employer Branding (m/f/d) at MWAY for WiSe23/24:

  • You support our HR team in day-to-day operations and take on various tasks in applicant management
  • You are jointly responsible for actively sourcing candidates via various social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn) and find the right talents and experienced specialists for our teams
  • Using our applicant management tool, you coordinate interviews as an interim between the specialist department, recruiting and the applicants and also take part in initial telephone/video interviews
  • You will actively participate in the creation and maintenance of our job postings
  • You will help to shape other projects, processes and activities in HR Management and actively contribute your ideas

Who You Are

  • You are currently studying business administration ideally with a focus on human resources management and would like to do an internship with an innovative software company
  • Structured and organized work, high level of initiative, commitment
  • Team spirit, flexibility and ability to grasp things quickly
  • Confident handling of MS-Office and social media
  • Sensitive handling of confidential data and information
  • Great interest in trends in human resources management, digitalization and new work desirable
  • Great communication skills of German and English, both written and spoken

Nice to Know

You can expect a monthly salary of 950 euros gross, free lunch and drinks and 10 days of vacation. We would also be happy to consider the possibility of a working student position.

The office location

Our modern office with a view on Stuttgart’s landmark – the television tower – is located in Bad Cannstatt, centrally located and easily accessible by public transport. Each workplace is well-equipped with electrically height-adjustable desks and ergonomic chairs in an air-conditioned room. After all, we provide each employee with latest state-of-the-art technical equipment.
