  • You are a professional in the recruiting process, from job posting to hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • You develop and implement exciting personnel development programs to unlock the full potential of our teams.
  • You help prepare and further develop our leaders for their important role.
  • You work hand in hand with your colleagues to devise and implement innovative HR strategies.
  • You keep an overview of our HR policies and processes.
  • Implementing contract documents is part of our daily business, as is maintaining our HR tool HeavenHR.

What are your ideal qualifications?

  • You have completed your bachelor’s or master’s studies with a focus on HR or personnel management.
  • You know what you’re talking about when it comes to recruiting and personnel development.
  • If you’ve had a taste of the world of leadership development, that’s a great plus!
  • You have already demonstrated your skills in a company with around 100 colleagues or more.
  • Teamwork comes naturally to you, and your communication skills shine in both German and English.
  • Your dynamism and assertiveness will earn you recognition within your environment.
