Teamassistance (m/f/d) – Administration/ Finance in full or part time (min. 20 h/week) for MWAY:

  • You will undertake varied administrative tasks in our administration team
  • As a point of contact between our customers and your colleagues from project management, sales, or management, you will play an important role in handling offers, orders, * and invoices
  • You will create outgoing invoices and process our incoming invoices
  • You will support the accounting department through regular account reconciliation and clarification, as well as checking outstanding items and assigning accounting codes to receipts
  • You will assist the (inside) sales team in the preparation and handling of offers and orders
  • You will prepare service records and obtain approval from our customers
  • You will be responsible for registering and maintaining supplier portals and internal CRM systems (e.g., sales pipeline)
  • As part of a great team, this position also involves supporting or standing in for the administrative team colleagues' tasks (e.g., office management)
  • In our mid-sized company structures, there are further opportunities for development in administration (e.g., inside sales or accounting)

Your Ideal Skillset

  • Degree in commercial vocational training or a equivalent qualification and initial work experience
  • Quick comprehension, a flair for numbers, and analytical thinking skills
  • Structured, results-oriented, and independent work approach, as well as a high degree of initiative
  • Strong service and customer orientation and communication skills
  • Affinity for technology and a confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluent German and English language skills
