Inside Sales Assistant (m/f/d) at MWAY:

  • In this role you will be responsible for varied issues concerning offer management and order processing
  • You act as an interim contact between our customers/ partners and your future colleagues from project management, sales and c-level regarding offers, orders and invoices
  • You create invoices and support the accounting department in the dunning process
  • You create and maintain quotations in our ERP system and check incoming customer orders for correctness and process them on your own responsibility
  • You prepare performance records and obtain the approval of our customers
  • You are responsible for the registration and maintenance of supplier portals and internal CRM systems (e.g. Sales Pipeline)
  • As part of a great team, this position involves supporting or deputising for the office management colleague (reception of guests, etc.)
  • In addition, further development opportunities and the assumption of further administrative activities are possible in our medium-sized structures

Your Ideal Skillset

  • Relevant vocational education such as commercial or a university degree with focus on business administration as well as previous professional experience
  • The ability to grasp things quickly, an affinity for numbers and analytical way of thinking
  • Structured, results-oriented and independent way of working as well as a high degree of self-initiative
  • High level of service and customer orientation and communication skills
  • IT affinity and confident handling of MS Office applications
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
