Channel Sales Manager (m/w/d)

Channel Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Relution:

  • You are responsible for the management and expansion of our sales network (acquisition, on-boarding and development of sales partners)
  • You independently develop campaigns and support the continuous improvement of strategies, processes and structures
  • You will develop joint growth, sales and marketing concepts with our sales partners with the goal to continuously increase revenue
  • You work closely with colleagues from other business units (including Inside Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Controlling)
  • You use data gathered through market research and competitive analysis, as well as external and internal feedback, to identify new sales opportunities and activities
  • You are responsible for regional customer appointments and trade fairs

What you should bring along

  • You have experience in (software) sales and have in-depth knowledge in the area of sales channel and partner management
  • In addition to your confident communication skills, you have a hands-on mentality and an eye for the latest trends in IT
  • A strong customer focus and affinity for numbers are among your strengths while working in a focused, structured and sustainable manner
  • You pursue your goals ambitiously and with perseverance. In addition, you present yourself confidently and it is easy for you to inspire others for a certain cause
  • Ideally: knowledge in sales of solutions for mobile devices
  • You want to develop personally as well as professionally and are eager to take on responsibility
  • You are a strong communicator with very good German (C2 level) and English skills, both written and spoken
